We are looking for a Systems Administrator with a minimum of two years work experience in an environment where customer service is the top priority. Along with a service aptitude, the ideal candidate will possess the technical abilities to work with desktop, server, Nortel Phone systems and network applications and hardware. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS’s is required, and an understanding of Netware and Linux is desired. The ability to troubleshoot network, hardware, phone and software issues while balancing scheduled job functions throughout the day is critical to your success.
